As a Stretching and Flexibility Coach, you’ll discover how to safely and effectively guide your clients toward enhancing their flexibility. Pre-requisites:

There are no prerequisites for this course. Although the course is primarily intended for personal trainers, fitness coaches, massage therapists and other fitness/health professionals, it is not a requirement to take the course.
